Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team (6.5 hrs/day). You will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes the academic and social growth of all students.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

+ Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.

+ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

+ Knowledge of behavioral management techniques is a plus.

+ Teaching Assistant Certification or willing to obtain one.
