    As the Staffing Coordinator at Allina Health Restorative Suites you will play a key part in supporting our nursing team by managing daily and long-term schedules, coordinating shift coverage, and ensuring adequate staffing for quality resident care.

     

    Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

    Shifts Available:

    Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

     

    Wage Range: $27 - $31 / hour depending on experience

    Staffing Coordinator responsibilities:

    + Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.

    + Interview candidates for open CNA positions.

    + Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.

    + Track continuing educational programs for staff.

    + Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.

    + Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.

    + Stock memory care units and care suites with supplies each week.

    + Perform additional tasks as needed.

    Staffing Coordinator skills and requirements:

    + 1-2 years prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred.

    + Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.

    + Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

    + Ability to maintain confidential information.

    + Excellent customer service skills.
