As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas in a retail environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential issues.

+ Observe and report activities and incidents, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter theft, disturbances, or other unwanted behavior.

+ Assist customers, staff, and visitors by providing information and directions as needed.

+ Work collaboratively with store management and other Allied Universal personnel to address security-related concerns and support a positive environment.

+ Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
