As a **Security Professional - Real Estate Access Driver** in **Lebanon, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide a visible presence and deliver exceptional customer service while communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.

+ Assist with the implementation and enforcement of site-specific policies related to access control and security-related procedures.

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activities.

+ Document and report any observed irregularities, security-related incidents, or emergencies to the appropriate personnel or authorities.

+ Support emergency response activities as directed, following Allied Universal’s and site-specific guidelines.

+ Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
