About the team We are a collaborative Production Finance team dedicated to supporting Amazon MGM Studios' global storytelling mission. Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; and/or - 10+ years experience as a Production Finance Executive or Production Accountant - Experience working across budget ranges from moderate to tentpole-sized, with attendant complexity Preferred Qualifications - Advanced knowledge of various production accounting software such as Movie Magic Budgeting, Scenechronize, EP Smart Accounting, PSL, Vista, etc. - Knowledge of foreign and domestic tax incentive programs. - Knowledge and experience with union/guild agreements. - Experience with international productions. - Highly motivated, analytical, proactive and self-sufficient. - Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Must be able to work independently and team up with various divisions. - Able to earn the trust and respect of internal and external business partners. - Strong organization and time management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $227,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
