As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine armed patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents at a financial institution location. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, assisting with incident response, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and personnel. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide a visible presence.

+ Monitor the premises for irregularities and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control, verifying the credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.

+ Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related emergencies according to established protocols.

+ Complete security-related reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.

+ Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, or 2 or more years of experience as a security supervisor or manager, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
