    What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, with the understanding that working environments and conditions may vary by location within the logistics and distribution sector.

    + Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine patrols.

    + Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and/or employees on site.

    + Document incidents, observations, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

    + Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas according to client requirements.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

    + Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

    + Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
