What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and operate dispatch systems to support security-related operations within an aerospace and defense location.

+ Communicate with security personnel and site staff to coordinate responses to incidents and/or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Receive and document incoming calls, alarms, and reports, prioritizing and dispatching security-related personnel as needed.

+ Maintain detailed logs of all dispatched activities and communications to support site protocols.

+ Assist with customer service by providing information and support to site staff and visitors as needed.

+ Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and instructions as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.

+ Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required, conveying critical information accurately and promptly.

+ Conduct security-related checks using surveillance or monitoring equipment as directed by post requirements.

+ Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site activities and reporting concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
