What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate. + Respond to incidents and critical situations at the financial institution location in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. + Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. + Observe and report activities and/or incidents, and communicate promptly with the appropriate personnel as needed. + Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas, adhering to established policies and procedures. + Assist with emergency response activities and follow Allied Universal protocols during incidents. + Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrol logs as required by Allied Universal and the client site. + Remain alert to surroundings and report any suspicious behavior or conditions that may impact the security-related interests of the financial institution location.
