As a Security Professional assigned to an access control post at an automotive location, you will monitor entry and exit points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. What You'll Do:

+ Assist with access control procedures for personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches of security-related protocols.

+ Verify credentials and identification in accordance with site-specific policies.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe for any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner according to established procedures.

+ Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by offering information, directions, and assistance as needed.

+ Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in timely and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required as per client requirements.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Current CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
