    We are hiring Tactical Security in New Orleans!

     

    STARTING PAY: $20.00 / Hour / Pays weekly

     

    SHIFT: Must have open availability

     

    Must be comforatble with wearing teflon vests

     

    MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS IN SECURITY WITH CONSISTENCY. THIS INCLUDES MLITARY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT (NOT CORRECTIONS)

    JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

    + **Conduct regular foot patrols and/or vehicle patrols in a retail store**

    + **Ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring entrances, exits, and activity on the property.**

    + **Respond to incidents and alarms promptly, escalating to chain of command.**

    + **Maintain visibility and presence to deter potential security breaches**

    + **Assist in enforcing company policies and local laws as needed.**

    + **Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to management**

    + **Document patrol routes and incidents accurately.**

    MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

    + **Must be 25 years of age or older.**

    + **Former military or law enforcement experience preferred**

    + **5 years working in security**

    + **Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.**

    + **Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situations.**

    + **Physical fitness to perform foot patrols.**

    + **Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.**

    As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve, safeguard and more for our clients and their guests in a retail setting.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
