    Job Description

    Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-timeHousekeeping Coordinator PMfor the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.

    + Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.

    + Respond to all phone calls/requests from guests and other departments

    + Monitor computer system, PMS, stats.

    + Assign rooms to be cleaned each day to room attendants.

    + Dispatch specific requests to floor supervisors and runners.

    + Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.

    + Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.

    + To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.

    + Maintain clear and efficient communication with the Front Desk.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in department.

    + Prepare paperwork for next day opening and verify schedules. Make changes to associate schedules as needed.

    + Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.

    + Complete other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    + Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.

    + Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required.

    + Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed.

    + Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and management both within and outside of your department.

    + Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.

    + Bilingual preferred, in both English and Spanish.
