    Job Description

    The Lead Spa Desk Agent is responsible for the guest experience in the Spa by providing and maintaining the service standards and creating a feeling of relaxation.

    Responsibilities

    + Check guests in and out.

    + Schedule spa appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.

    + Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.

    + Communicate spa promotions with guests.

    + Must be proficient on the telephone.

    + Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor during busy times.

    + Train and coach Spa Desk Agents

    + Book and confirm appointments

    + Greet guests

    + Provide Tours

    Qualifications

    + Customer service experience is highly preferred.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

    + Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

    + Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

    + Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.

    + Must be current servsafe and ETips certified for safe food and alcohol handling or must be willing to get certified prior to starting the position.
