Join our dynamic team as a **Senior On-Site Service Specialist** , where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences through exceptional operations support. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing tasks—ensuring seamless workflows and customer satisfaction. From troubleshooting and maintenance to reception services, you'll be the heartbeat of our service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Operate high-volume 2D and 3D print/copy machines with precision and efficiency.

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems for timely resolution.

+ Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and processing job requests.

+ Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth job delivery and support building operations.

+ Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties as needed.

+ Follow safety protocols and handle equipment/materials responsibly to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications — Must Have

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

+ Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications — Nice to Have

+ Prior experience in copy jobs or related fields.

+ Basic understanding of electronics and copier equipment repair.

+ Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
