Supervisor I, Inventory Management
Contracted through June 2026, with potential to transition into a full-time opportunity based on business needs.
Position Profile
The Supervisor I, Enterprise Liaison position is assigned to key client sites to execute critical reporting and support operational excellence. In addition to delivering contracted services, this role is responsible for interfacing with the client to determine the best way to meet current and future needs, fostering a professional relationship to grow the account. Responsibilities may include on-site/off-site or third-party job coordination and consulting. The role requires a high level of client interaction, with a focus on executing client-required billing and reporting, and ensuring each assigned site meets contracted staffing requirements.
This is an **exempt** position requiring specific customer knowledge. The primary focus is managing a team of specialists who will inventory customer assets quickly and effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage large inventory projects, collecting and validating data, and providing reporting back to the customer
+ Lead a small team of specialists responsible for physically handling assets
+ Collaborate with the Senior Manager to identify, implement, and monitor improvement opportunities
+ Understand internal processes and ensure accurate execution of reporting requirements
+ Research and resolve project-related issues
+ Recommend enhanced processes for potential implementation
+ Create and conduct site-level reporting, presentations, and business reviews to ensure alignment with contractual requirements
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
+ Minimum 5+ years of experience in a related field
+ Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex tasks
+ Required customer service experience
+ Required project and people management experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, vendors, employees, and clients
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills
+ Ability to stay current with technology and industry trends
+ Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
+ Ability to cope with moderate stress and adapt positively to stressful situations
+ Work environments may vary (e.g., office spaces, outdoor research facilities)
+ Cyclical and daily stress due to goals, deadlines, and decision-making responsibilities
+ Physical demands include desk work, walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying objects typically under 10 lbs
+ Requires moderate dexterity and regular use of basic tools (e.g., calculator, keyboard, hand tools)
