Job Details **Compensation:** Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 **Additional Compensation:** Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines. **Benefits:** Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. **Paid Time Off:** Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year. SUMMARY The Marketing Manager is a growth-oriented marketer responsible for executing strategies that accelerate business growth, strengthen market presence, support sales across verticals, and deepen engagement with key audiences. This role leads hands-on marketing execution across digital, content, and multimedia channels along with the development of sales and marketing tools —driving brand awareness, lead acquisition, and client engagement. A versatile communicator with strong creative instincts, analytical thinking, and a growing proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools. This role thrives on challenging the status quo, embracing innovation, and contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of the Marketing & Communications department and reports to the Director of Marketing. Descriptive Statement(s) % of Time Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, paid media, and direct marketing) designed to accelerate growth and acquire leads, focused on the commercial parking business. 20% Support sales strategies through the creation of impactful presentations, proposals, case studies, and sales enablement materials across vertical markets (hospitality, healthcare, commercial parking) and act as administrator for our proposal automation technology. 30% Design and deliver visual assets and PowerPoint presentations that clearly and compellingly communicate Towne Park’s value propositions. 10% Write and edit marketing content for campaigns, digital assets, thought leadership, and multimedia storytelling. Lead content development across video, social media, web, and email to strengthen engagement and brand awareness. 20% Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative content, analytics, and automation platforms) to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance. 5% Promote Towne Park’s solutions and innovations to existing and prospective clients and ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic priorities, tone of voice, and visual standards. 10% Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute creative projects and campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI. 5% The total amount of time for all functions of the job 100% QUALIFICATIONS Education: + Bachelor’s degree required in related field Work Experience: + 7–10 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement with a proven record of driving growth. + Demonstrated success developing and managing integrated, results-driven marketing campaigns. + Expertise in sales proposal management and related best practices. + Tech-savvy with experience using marketing, analytics, and AI-driven tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ChatGPT, Jasper). + Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus. + Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and channels. + Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or distributed service industries preferred.
