Adecco is currently hiring immediately for an Injection Molding (IMM) Process Technician opportunity in Fraser, MI!

This is a fantastic full-time, **contract-to-hire** position with excellent growth potential in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. **Overtime and Double Time** may be available based on business needs and manager approval. This role will typically be a **40-hour work week.**

**Pay Rate:** $25.55 – $28.55 per hour

Shifts Available:

Looking for someone who can work different shifts, but not a MUST. Specific shifts may not be available at the moment.

We are looking for a reliable, **technically skilled individual** with proven experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong **mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting skills** with the ability to drive **quality, efficiency, and safety** on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

+ Set up, start up, and operate **injection molding machines** and related auxiliary equipment.

+ Troubleshoot tooling, material, and process issues to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

+ Perform tool and material changeovers, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal production interruption.

+ Monitor processes and ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.

+ Support process engineering with **continuous improvement** and **root-cause analysis** projects.

+ Accurately record **downtime, scrap, and process adjustments** in production tracking systems.

+ Participate in **preventive maintenance** programs and support tool care and cleaning.

+ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize uptime and product flow.

+ Ensure compliance with **ISO 14001/45001 Health, Safety, and Environmental** standards.

+ Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture on the production floor.

Requirements

+ At least **3 years of experience** in injection molding or a related manufacturing environment.

+ **High school diploma or equivalent** required.

+ Strong **technical and mechanical problem-solving skills** with knowledge of **hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics,** and **electrical systems.**

+ Proven ability to work with **complex molding processes, tools, and materials.**

+ Working knowledge of **quality systems, safety, and environmental standards.**

+ Excellent **communication, teamwork,** and **interpersonal** skills.

+ Must have reliable transportation and strong attendance.

**Pay Details:** $26.55 to $28.55 per hour
