    Machine Operator – South Plainfield, NJ

    **Pay Range:** \$20.00 - $20.00/hr.

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Department: Deck Operations

     

    Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing team in South Plainfield, NJ. This role offers stability, advancement opportunities, and a safety-focused environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate manufacturing machinery per standard procedures

    + Monitor production output and quality

    + Handle finished products (banding, bundling)

    + Support Brake Press operations as needed

    + Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts

    + Maintain a clean, organized work area

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

    + Must be available for overtime or flexible shifts

    Qualifications:

    + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

    + Ability to obtain crane and forklift certifications (training may be provided)

    + Strong attention to detail and safety

    + Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks

    Work Environment:

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

    + Manufacturing floor with machinery, noise, airborne particles, and temperature variations

    + PPE required
