Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Shipping Clerk in Easton, PA.**

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift availability: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Our ideal **Shipping Clerk** candidate must be able to:

• Coordinate with Transportation Management, Outbound Leadership and carriers to arrange timely order and direct delivery pick up

• Coordinate with Transportation Management, Inbound Leadership, and carriers to schedule inbound freight appointments

• Performs systematic trailer arrival and departure

• Prepare necessary documentation and contact carriers for pick up

• Monitors, updates and actions intransit report and error logs

• Provide assistance to customer service representatives concerning order status and special customer needs

• Document control for Purchase Orders and Bills of Lading

• Serve as a primary back up to the Senior Clerk (shipping)

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma

Must Have Skills:

• Computer skills required - Microsoft Word, Excel

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities

• Ability to adapt to changing situations

• Good interpersonal skills

• Detailed and team oriented

• Flexible to work different shifts if necessary and overtime with little or no notice

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
