Engineering Support Coord.

Adecco is looking for a highly organized and physically capable Engineering Support Coordinator to manage the logistics, tracking, and documentation for all field-returned parts and warranty requests. This is a critical support role that combines administrative excellence with hands-on movement and a mechanical aptitude.
+ Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
+ Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
+ Location: On site in Erie, PA
Responsibilities:
+ Physically lift up to 50 lbs and safely move returned parts from the warehouse to designated evaluation areas within the plant.
+ Coordinate and request necessary parts from the Warehouse for the evaluation process.
+ Accurately enter part return information into computer applications.
+ Create and print tracking sheets for each returned part.
+ Assist in creating initial paperwork, including Asset Records, Material Returns, and RMA records for warranty claims.
+ Perform basic condition evaluations of returned parts to aid in the initial assessment.
+ Maintain the status, location, and condition of all parts in the system.
+ Generate weekly reports summarizing parts received, in-process, and completed.
+ Create final customer failure reports by editing and formatting completed engineering analysis information.
+ Effectively communicate with engineers and product service personnel to ensure analysis statuses are updated and progressing.
Qualifications:
+ Experience: 0 to 6 years of professional experience in an administrative, warehouse, or technical support capacity.
+ Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
+ General mechanical and electrical aptitude is a definite plus.
+ Previous experience in a technical environment is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills is required (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting are essential.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
