    Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Executive Assistant** working in **CULVER CITY CA 90232 (Hybrid)**

     

    Pay Range:- $50-52/ Hour

     

    Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

    Job Summary

    The Business Development team within client Services is looking for an administrative assistant to drive executive-level admin management. You are a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who can multi-task, prioritize and take initiative. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Anticipation of needs, assessment of what is important and what is not, and discretion are of the utmost importance for this role.

     

    Primary responsibilities are calendar management, travel coordination, team and office management supporting three team leaders. A successful candidate would be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style who knows when to be firm and when to inquire further. Flexibility and willingness to ride the wave of changes is key — things change daily and often a schedule changes from morning to evening. Must be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative.

    Key Qualifications

    • Possess extraordinary organizational, time management and administration skills

    • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment

    • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; in person and ‘virtually’

    • Calm and confident during high stress situations

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment

    • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure

    • Must possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations

    • Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent/sound judgment

    • Must be confident to make complicated decisions on their own when needed and able to explain their reasoning

    • Ability to influence others; manage conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward

    • Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly

    • Experience planning, managing and executing large scale events and meetings

    • Experience in iCal, Keynote, Slack, Numbers and Pages

    **Pay Details:** $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
