    Warehouse Associate

    _Location: Billings, MT_

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

    About the Role:

    Adecco is seeking a motivated **Warehouse Associate** to join our client’s team. In this position, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring freight is accurately received, organized, and distributed. You’ll work alongside a supportive management team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.

    + Load and unload trucks using hand trucks and other equipment.

    + Move freight efficiently throughout the warehouse.

    + Perform 5S tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    + Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing materials.

    + Ensure the warehouse is safe, accessible, and organized for both employees and visitors.

    + Participate in regular inventory counts and product assembly as needed.

    + Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred (transportation industry experience a plus).

    + Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.

    + Basic written, verbal, and computer skills.

    + Experience with handheld scanners is helpful.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

    + Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
