Competitive Salary & Benefits:

$100,000 – $120,000/year

What You’ll Do:

+ Partner with the Director of Nursing to manage daily operations and uphold high standards of care

+ Lead staff education & development, and act as Infection Control Officer

+ Oversee nursing documentation for accuracy and compliance

+ Support regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement

+ Take an active role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff

+ Respond to urgent resident needs with clinical judgment and compassion

+ Maintain a flexible schedule and be available for on-call responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

+ Active New York State RN License (Required)

+ 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care settings

+ Strong background in staff training, compliance, and infection control

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
