    Warehouse Materials Handler – Immediate Openings (Weekend Shifts Available)

    **Location:** Sumner, WA

    **Pay Range:** $22–$24/hour

    **Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours/week

    **Shifts Available:** Day Shift & Night Shift (Weekend shifts included)

     

    We are actively hiring experienced warehouse professionals to join a fast-paced and growing food production facility in Sumner, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks who are ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

    Position Overview

    The Materials Handler plays a key role in supporting production and distribution operations. Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, assisting with inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Safely receive, store, and organize incoming deliveries

    + Maintain freezer organization and ensure product accessibility

    + Load trucks for outgoing shipments

    + Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks

    + Transport materials between local facilities using company vehicles

    + Keep warehouse clean and orderly, including waste disposal

    + Pull and stage materials for production use

    + Assist with packing and storing finished goods

    + Build pallets for distribution

    + Perform inventory counts and update documentation

    + Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for efficient inventory flow

    + Follow all safety procedures and protocols

    + Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + 1–3 years of warehouse or materials handling experience

    + Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

    + Comfortable working in cold storage conditions

    + Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally (with accommodation)

    + Capable of pulling heavy loads using manual and electric pallet jacks

    + Must be able to navigate stairs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and crouching

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
