Responsibilities for a Credit Quality Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

• Utilize **LoanIQ** or similar loan management systems to manage and track loan activities.

• Collaborate with underwriters, attorneys, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate loan closings.

• Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and related documentation to assess borrower credit quality.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in loan documents and ensure all corrections are properly executed.

• Maintain thorough records and audit trails to support compliance and reporting requirements.

• Monitor and stay current with changes in lending regulations and credit risk policies.

• Prioritize and manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.

• Uphold confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.

Candidates for **Credit Quality Analyst** must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in **Banking, Finance, or a related field** .

• **Proficiency in LoanIQ** or similar loan management systems is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in loan operations, credit quality review, or financial services preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors or compliance issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving business needs and lending regulations.

**Pay Details:** $32.04 per hour
