• CNC Setup/Operator - 1st Shift

    **Shift:** 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday

    Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot and modify CNC operations as needed, including making offset changes, fixture adjustments, and monitoring tool conditions to ensure consistent performance.

    + Set tools according to CNC setup sheets and specifications provided by the programming department, and input required program instructions into the CNC machine, verifying proper operation prior to production.

    + Monitor machine operations and inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools to ensure specifications and tolerances are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and 5S standards.

    + Communicate effectively with the Group Lead, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure part quality, process consistency, and continuous improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision or management.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.

    + Prior experience operating CNC vertical and/or horizontal mills.

    + Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals.

    + Proficient with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.).

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
