The company is seeking a **Marketing Manager** to leverage its success and resources to further position and grow the brand. The role will oversee all marketing aspects and work closely with sales management to support brand development and drive sales growth.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The **Marketing Manager** will coordinate and lead marketing functions, working with senior management, sales teams, and agencies/contractors. This is a hands-on role combining strategy development with execution.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Support sales through branding, product offerings, sales collateral, presentations, and advertising.

    + Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies.

    + Oversee marketing staff, contractors, and agencies.

    + Serve as a member of the management team, providing marketing insights and risk assessments.

    + Lead product and packaging design development, commercialization, and innovation pipeline.

    + Provide industry and product trend insights and concept ideation.

    + Collaborate with sales on SKU assortment, new product introductions, and pricing strategies.

    + Manage projects across purchasing, operations, QA, and finance for product launches.

    + Oversee packaging, website updates, and e-commerce presence.

    + Extract consumer insights from Nielsen data and create compelling stories.

    + Manage marketing materials, point-of-sale assets, and brand consistency.

    + Implement outdoor media, events, demos, and trade shows.

    + Manage Marketing Coordinator and additional staff.

    + Control marketing budget and expenses.

    + Support agencies and other projects as assigned to drive marketing efforts.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Supervises the Marketing Coordinator.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

    + Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years in brand/product marketing.

    + Experience with a CPG brand in the food industry; Hispanic channel experience preferred.

    + Self-starter with leadership skills; able to work independently.

    + Passionate about marketing programs that drive consumer loyalty.

    + Proven success in consumer-level brand building and grocery marketing.

    + Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    + Strong leadership and influencing skills; inspires trust and confidence.

    + Experienced with budgeting and financial business measurements.

    + High energy, standards, and work ethic; results-driven.

    + Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    + Spanish language proficiency is preferred.Medical, dental and vision benefits offered plus 401K

    **Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
