Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Representative I position in Phoenix, AZ
Training will be conducted on-site in Phoenix, AZ. After onboarding and proficiency, candidates may transition to remote work.
Training duration is approximately one month.
The anticipated wage for this position is between $14.71 - $15.05/hr. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
This position involves extensive member contact via the telephone. Handles inbound/outbound calls from participants and/or prescribers when needed to start and process order requests. Ability to research and investigate orders using Compass and LINKS. Research issues sent by Customer Care, Account Managers, internal customers and Quality Assurance relative to the customer service experience. Notifying requestor of decisions, changes, or other relevant information pertaining to request/inquiry. Responsible for researching and resolving payment issues. Call to offer a direct sale of medications to participants and posting payments to the proper account. Perform required transactions to complete mail order prescriptions. Follow through on standard operating procedures, problem-solving and troubleshooting within guidelines. Ability to work under strict turn-around-times.
Mon-Fri with rotating Saturday shifts. Hours of operation 7-530pm. Training: Mon-Fri 7am-330pm.
Experience:

**Pay Details:** $14.71 to $15.05 per hour
