The Intimidator Group, LLC was founded in Batesville, Arkansas in 2013 with the all-American, hardworking values they were raised with. The Paint Loader/Unloader will load and unload a wide range of metal products on production line to a good standard.

Shift: 1st Shift (6am - 2pm) Overtime hours could vary

Pay: Start $15.59 / 6 months $17.42 / 12 months $19.25 / 18 months $21.08

What Will You Do?

+ Identifying, picking and returning of powder boxes correctly according to a work schedule.

+ Jigging up and preparation of products prior to powder coating.

+ Packing of completed powder coated products ready dispatch.

+ General House Keeping, cleaning & keeping your work area tidy including basic maintenance of machines/tools.

+ Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed and to maintain all quality systems in order to meet your production targets.

+ Follow the company standard operating procedures

+ Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What Do You Need?

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
