    ### Job Duties

    Purpose: The Outdoor Maintenance Team travels to residential and commercial properties to maintain lawns and in the winter months will take care of snow removal by plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to providing high-quality lawn care services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mow residential and commercial properties, as assigned, utilizing zero turn mowers and stand-ons.

    • Utilize other equipment to maintain properties like trimmers, blowers, and walk behind mowers.

    • Remove snow from residential and commercial properties, as assigned, utilizing a variety of equipment like trucks with plows, loaders, skid steer, etc.

    • Utilize other equipment to remove snow like shovels or blowers.

    • Provide quality customer service as needed.

    • Work at a fast pace, doing quality work and stay until the work is done.

    • Provide maintenance for equipment when required.

    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High School Diploma or GED

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    • 6 months of experience with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers and walk behind mowers.

    • 6 months of experience with snow removal or shoveling.
