Adecco is hiring for Preventive Maintenance Technicians in Clifton Springs, NY. Responsibilities

+ Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts to maintain optimal operation and cleanliness standards.

+ Removes, repairs, and reinstalls parts and components as necessary.

+ Oils, lubricates, and services moving machine parts to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

+ Conducts spindle vibration analysis and accurately logs results.

+ Identifies, records, and reports damaged, worn, or broken components.

+ Performs basic machine repairs and adjustments as required.

+ Orders replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed.

+ Adheres strictly to PPE requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and all other safety protocols.

+ Communicates effectively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

+ Supports production operations by working overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

+ Strong technical background with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

+ Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of maintenance software or systems.

+ Ability to work independently, identifying and implementing cost-effective, timely preventative maintenance solutions.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Commitment to safety and adherence to established maintenance procedures.

+ Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to support production demands.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $22.00 per hour
