    Responsibilities for a M&R Providers Call Center Representative include but are not limited to:

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls from providers and members in a professional and courteous manner.

    + Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare-related inquiries.

    + Document all interactions in the system following internal quality and compliance guidelines.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of provider issues.

    Candidates for the M&R Providers Call Center Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + 1+ years of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

    + Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

    + Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

    + Must be able to complete 16 weeks of training with no PTO allowed during this period.

    **Pay Details:** $13.00 per hour
