    Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS). The ideal candidate will stay current on quality guidelines and industry standards, providing leadership and management for all quality control personnel.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and maintain written documentation of programs related to quality.

    + Manage training files and controlled documents.

    + Design and review/approve controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, GMP, and associated forms.

    + Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

    + Provide guidance to resolve deviations and out-of-specification results effectively.

    + Manage investigations and corrective actions relating to product quality, and communicate trends to management.

    + Support regulatory, certification, and customer quality audits as needed.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with HACCP, FDA, Regulatory Affairs, and GMP environment.

    + Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance.

    + Knowledge in Chemistry, Biologics, Pharmaceutical industry, and Biology.

    + Understanding of ISO standards and Quality Control systems.

    + 2-5+ years of experience in a Food production or Pharmaceutical environment.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Sciences, preferably in Biology or Chemistry.

    + Experience with the ISO process and regulated environments such as GMP, USDA, or FDA.

    The company is a small, family-oriented startup that values close-knit relationships among its team members. As the company is expanding, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing organization. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (or 5 PM), with the possibility of remote work after training. Enjoy a collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
