    Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center Construction

    About the Project

    Join a multi-phase data center development featuring multiple buildings, each approximately 1 million sq ft, and supporting 150 MW per phase. With a total site capacity exceeding 1 GW.

    Your Role

    As Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations on a fast-paced, evolving hyperscale data center project. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across all phases of construction.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination

    + Manage precast erection, deep foundation work, and utility installation

    + Navigate evolving scopes and dynamic work plans

    + Uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards

    + Maintain proactive communication with project teams

    Qualifications

    + 5+ years of construction experience, ideally on large-scale industrial or data center projects

    + Proven leadership and coordination skills

    + Familiarity with precast systems, deep foundations, and winter logistics

    + Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore)

    + Willingness to work a 6-day schedule and travel between remote sites

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
