Solution Architect - SAP / ERP (Plan to Produce / MES / Supply Chain )
Job Description
The Solution Architect for Digital & Transformation (D&T) in SAP Production Planning collaborates with Production & Operations functions to define, deliver, and support D&T-enabled business solutions. This role is pivotal in defining strategic direction, determining business needs, designing and delivering technical solutions for Production Planning, and managing team members. It holds primary accountability for the delivery of Production Planning with integration to Quality, including project delivery, system enhancement, and production support.
Responsibilities
+ Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
+ Understand current system setups and design scalable solutions.
+ Configure and develop requirements based on design.
+ Assist team members to ensure overall project progress.
+ Conduct pre-UAT, UAT, and prepare training documentation; provide onsite training.
+ Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs towards achieving set targets.
+ Comply with safety and quality policies.
+ Map business requirements to optimal technical solutions.
+ Deliver technical functionality to meet business needs.
+ Manage people, work distribution, performance evaluation, and cross-functional team coordination.
+ Mentor and coach the team, focusing on team building and development.
+ Solve complex problems and provide system support and maintenance.
+ Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, including SOPs, SOIs, and job aids.
+ Participate in the Change Control process.
+ Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Supply Chain to define detailed business requirements.
+ Stay updated on the latest SAP releases.
+ Work in a virtual environment in a global organization, prioritizing and executing tasks under pressure.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Deep expertise and knowledge of SAP S4HANA Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and related areas (PP, QM, EWM).
+ Experience in integrating SAP S4HANA.
+ Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment.
+ Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
+ Proficient in English.
+ Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.
+ Pharma experience.
+ Integration knowledge with external systems.

This is a Contract position based out of Exton, Pennsylvania.
3 Days a week on site is required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $89.00 - $89.00/hr.
