What does our Internship Program offer?
Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters, offers feedback and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key.
Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice.

About the Consumer Analyst Internship Program
Interns will work with industry experts across a wide variety of teams tackling the bank’s most challenging and high-leverage analytical and strategic problems. In this role you will work with analysts to assist business leaders by designing, recommending, and implementing strategies that will drive bottom line impacts. Interns will gain an understanding of client and prospect needs, integrating these insights to improve or launch leading capabilities, providing Key with a competitive advantage versus our peers. We are looking for candidates that have a passion for winning, the ability to think strategically and a desire to grow a business.
Job Responsibilities
+ Synthesize key takeaways in regular reporting and update materials
+ Communicate opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
+ Gather, research, and structure data required for solving business problems
+ Develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses with actionable conclusions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and senior management
+ Ability to perform data analysis, research, and draw business and financial insights through analysis with integrity and accuracy
+ Conduct and leverage market and industry research for peer analytics and strategy
Qualifications
+ Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with focused coursework in mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, economics, computer science, business analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, economics, computer science, business analytics or other analytically rigorous discipline, with an anticipated graduated of **May 2027 or December 2026**
+ Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)
+ Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
+ Bring solid analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Desire to learn programming for data analysis and data visualization (SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and others as appropriate)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.00 - $22.60 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
Please note: While a base pay range is referenced above, this position is compensated at a fixed rate of $25 hourly and is eligible to receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
