We are building innovative digital solutions to make care more accessible, integrated, and reliable—and we’re seeking leaders who are passionate about making a real difference, especially in mental health.

    Role Overview

As Lead Director, Digital Connected Care with a specific focus on Mental Health, you will act as the strategic product owner championing holistic health solutions. You will guide multiple product teams to develop, launch, and evolve digital products that improve mental wellness, reduce cost of care, and impact life expectancy across diverse populations.

You will lead the mental health pillar, leveraging deep awareness of current trends, market-leading digital tools, and the broader impact of mental health on overall well-being and health economics. Your work will enable the migration to a new platform, drive widespread user and partner adoption, and steer stakeholder engagement with empathy and expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product Leadership, Vision, and Strategy

+ Define and communicate a product vision that prioritizes mental health awareness and accessibility, aligning digital innovation with enterprise goals for better health outcomes.

+ Stay informed of market-leading digital mental health tools; evaluate solutions for integration and value, staying ahead of market trends and evolving technology.

+ Translate insights from mental health research—cost of care, life expectancy, socioeconomic impacts—into product strategies and initiatives.

+ Work hand-in-hand with the “Five in a Box” team (Business GM, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics) and external partners to drive impactful investment decisions and business cases.

+ Intentionally weave mental health improvements into product OKRs and key results, ensuring outcomes measurably enhance quality of life and reduce healthcare cost.

    Delivery Excellence & Agile Execution

+ Own and prioritize team backlogs, balancing feature delivery with technical improvements for maximum health impact.

+ Lead agile ceremonies and PI Planning to foster transparency and incremental learning.

+ Translate real-time feedback from users—patients and clinicians—into meaningful product iterations.

+ Oversee smooth product launches, ensuring that adoption strategies and learning loops actively engage customers in mental health pathways.

    Performance, Growth, and Digital Value

+ Leverage a robust set of digital adoption metrics including:

+ Engagement (active users, logins, time spent)

+ Adoption rates (by cohort and channel)

+ Feature utilization (completion rates, pathway drop-offs)

+ Clinical outcomes (care navigation, symptom reduction, recovery milestones)

+ Economic impact (cost of care reduction, improved EHR integration, claims trends)

+ Track technical metrics—site speed, API performance, reliability—to ensure seamless access to mental health support.

+ Monitor and communicate how digital interventions translate to better care (faster triage, improved follow-up, accessible therapy), stronger outcomes (app ratings, satisfaction surveys, clinical benchmarks), and value for our customers.

+ Coach, mentor, and enable teams to use data for continuous improvement, ensuring every feature drive measurable wellbeing.

Stakeholder Engagement, Market Leadership, and Communication

+ Serve as the visible leader for mental health products—internally and externally—bridging partnerships across business, clinical, and technology communities.

+ Stay current with regulatory changes, market disruptors, and competitive innovations in mental health tech.

+ Ensure business strategies and health outcomes are understood and championed by product teams.

+ Collaborate with Customer Insights, clinical experts, and commercial partners to shape effective outreach, engagement, and retention strategies.

    Team Development & Culture

+ Recruit and cultivate top talent—those who bring diverse perspectives, high emotional intelligence, and demonstrated passion for mental health.

+ Foster a culture where mental health is openly discussed, performance metrics are transparent, and team members are active champions of customer wellness.

+ Champion team wins, provide actionable feedback, and invest in career growth focused on digital health innovation.

    Required Qualifications

+ 10+ years’ experience in Product/Program Management in digital health, with a strong record of delivering consumer-facing solutions.
