Job Title: Quality Control Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to ensure the highest quality standards in our architectural precast products. Join our team and contribute to our reputation as a premier provider of high-quality architectural components.
Responsibilities
+ Perform pre-pour inspections of all forms, reinforcement, steel, and inserts.
+ Inspect all finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Ensure all precast products are correctly marked for identification.
+ Maintain daily and project production records with accuracy.
+ Complete daily Quality Control documentation diligently.
Essential Skills
+ Quality control expertise, particularly in concrete and wall panels.
+ Proficiency in PLC programming.
+ American Concrete Institute (ACI) Certification.
+ Strong troubleshooting abilities.
+ Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure effectively.
+ Good computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2-4 year degree in a related field.
+ 1-2 years of concrete-specific quality control experience.
Work Environment
The position typically requires around 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work (not often). The work environment involves being around concrete and related materials, necessitating attention to detail and safety.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
