About the Role
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a passion for creating luxurious and refined spaces. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-end hospitality, restaurant, residential, or private club design, and a keen eye for both conceptual and technical design elements.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design and execute high-end interior projects for hospitality, residential, and private club clients.
+ Produce detailed construction documents and drawings using AutoCAD.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative design solutions.
+ Create compelling design presentations and visuals using Photoshop and InDesign.
+ Participate in all phases of design: conceptual, schematic, and design development.
+ Manage and coordinate custom design projects to ensure alignment with client expectations.
+ Attend client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress.
Essential Skills
+ 3–6 years of professional interior design experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
+ Strong experience in producing construction documents.
+ Proven ability to work on high-end design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with FF&E and SketchUp.
+ Comfortable in client-facing roles.
+ Background in managing custom design projects.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
We offer a flexible start time between 8:30–9:30 AM, with the end of day adjusted accordingly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
17 days PTO (this will increase to 22 days after 3 years) - Not including all Public Holidays, Full Christmas Holiday closure and 1 Research Day per year401k with MBDS contributing up to 3%.Flex-time - start between 08.30-9.30 & finish between 5.30-6:30Reduce lunch by 30 minutes/leave 30 minutes earlySummer Hours – option to leave at 1pm on Fridays between Memorial Day & Labor DayWFH days – 2 per weekLong Service RewardsMonthly drinks and raffle to win dinner at a NY restaurant
