Description
Lab Tech is responsible for handling all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner, reviewing specimen packages for complete information, and routing/delivering specimens to the appropriate destination within the lab.
Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner - specimens include: blood, saliva, urine, stool, etc.
Review specimen package for complete information and routing/delivering specimens to the appropriate destination within the lab.
Scan in/manually enter in the specimen & patient information into LabCorp's internal system, Touch.
Sort the samples into specific bins based on category and/or lab code (codes are built out by LabCorp based on sample type and/or assay type).
Maintaining an inclusive environment through persistent self-reflection.

High School Diploma/GED.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
