Job Title: Staff Pharmacist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join a Long Term Care Pharmacy team. This role focuses on data review and order fulfillment, requiring a strong foundation in pharmacy practice and a passion for delivering high-quality care to long-term care patients.
Responsibilities
+ Perform clinical data review to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in pharmacy practice, including order verification and prescription review.
+ Experience in compounding and prior authorization processes.
+ PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
+ Active Minnesota Pharmacist License in good standing.
+ Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently on 2nd shift at times.
Work Environment
This position requires working 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 12:30 AM during training and the initial months of the assignment. The role may include being added to the weekend rotation every 3rd or 4th weekend, although a casual pharmacist currently covers most weekends. The work environment is a non-customer facing pharmacy role in a growing organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $65.00/hr.
