    Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary client contact for projects.

    + Oversee projects from conception through completion.

    + Apply innovative design practices to obtain project entitlements.

    + Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and agencies.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with civil engineering, particularly in site development.

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D and Office 365 software.

    + Professional Engineer license to practice (or eligibility to be licensed) in the State of Minnesota.

    + Engineering design experience on small, medium, and large-scale projects.

    + Utility design experience for water distribution and sewage collection systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong collaboration and communication skills.

    + Ability to embrace new and unique management practices.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This is an in-office position.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $62.50/hr.
