Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager with a strong foundation in multi-family, mixed-use, and cultural projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of project management experience in the NYC or NJ area, along with a deep understanding of architectural design and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead project design, drawing production, coordination, and construction administration.
+ Mentor junior staff and provide regular updates to senior management.
+ Review Department of Buildings (DOB) objections and ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and design intent.
+ Manage external consultants including structural, MEP, lighting, acoustical, and expediting professionals.
+ Oversee construction administration tasks such as RFIs, ASIs, and drawing review submittals.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Revit.
+ Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
+ Solid understanding of residential and multi-family architecture.
+ Familiarity with construction administration and client coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Revit plug-ins (e.g., Enscape), AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software.
+ Knowledge of NYC DOB processes, building codes, and zoning regulations.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Background in interior design is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
