    We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management tasks, ensuring seamless project execution, and contributing to successful project outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    + Process submittals, purchase orders (POs), and requests for information (RFIs) efficiently.

    + Set up the job according to blueprints and scope specifications.

    + Coordinate with the Project Manager and other resources to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

    + Utilize Microsoft tools effectively and provide field support as necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction, construction management, and project engineering.

    + Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft tools for project coordination.

    + Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience through construction internships or co-ops with general contractors or mechanical companies.

    + A strong interest in developing a career as a project manager.

    Work Environment

    The role is set within a construction environment, specifically with a mechanical contractor. The position may require field support and involves working closely with various project resources to ensure successful project completion.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ladson, South Carolina.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.06/hr.
