What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lab Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our scientific operations, supporting the development of life-saving vaccines and biological products. Your day-to-day will include:
+ Handling SPF chicken embryos, cell cultures, and microbial cultures with care and precision.
+ Producing high-quality antigens and reagents that fuel our research and manufacturing efforts.
+ Preparing media, buffers, and solutions using industry-standard techniques.
+ Maintaining detailed documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
+ Supporting lab safety and cleanliness through routine housekeeping and equipment prep.
What You Bring:
+ A strong interest in biology, microbiology, or lab work—whether from school, personal projects, or previous experience.
+ Familiarity with lab environments or cleanrooms is a plus.
+ Comfort with PPE and aseptic techniques.
+ Basic lab skills like pipetting, working under fume hoods, and using autoclaves.
+ A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; 1–2 years of related experience or training is preferred, but we welcome candidates with equivalent education and enthusiasm.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
+ Regular standing, walking, sitting, and fine motor tasks like pipetting and microscope work.

This is a fully onsite role based in Windham, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
