    We are seeking dedicated Test Technicians to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a Test Technician, you will be instrumental in testing, troubleshooting, and building or repairing production and prototype Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) and Power Supply equipment. This is a full-time position on the 1st shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Test, troubleshoot, and repair production and prototype equipment, including TWT and Power Supplies.

    + Utilize various test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power supplies, and waveform generators.

    + Assist in analyzing data sources to help maintain, improve, and implement process control improvements.

    + Ensure adherence to safety procedures while handling high voltage electrical apparatus.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power supplies, and waveform generators.

    + Strong understanding of electronics, specifically in the context of defense market TWT and Power Supplies.

    + Ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment effectively.

    + Outstanding attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Process-oriented mindset with the ability to implement process improvements.

    + Precautionary habits and a strong focus on work safety.

    + Experience in the defense industry is a plus.

    The position is based in our Lancaster facility, where you will join a team dedicated to producing high-quality electronic power supplies and TWT for the defense market. The work environment values process orientation, safety, and attention to detail.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
