    Job Title: Electrician

    Job Description

    We are expanding into a new territory and are seeking a skilled Electrician with a Wisconsin Journeyman License to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial settings. This role involves working with various types of conduit, managing high-voltage systems, and ensuring efficient power distribution.

    Responsibilities

    + Bend conduit ranging from 1/2" to 4" (EMT, IMC, and others).

    + Work with 480V electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    + Ensure the efficient and safe distribution of electrical power throughout the facility.

    + Install, maintain, and repair industrial electric controls, including PLCs, motor controls, and other automated systems.

    + Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

    + Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.

    + Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using testing equipment and hand tools.

    + Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit or moving and lifting heavy objects.

    + Place conduit, pipes, or tubing inside designated areas.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in conduit bending, with ability to handle various types from 1/2" to 4".

    + Experience working with 480V electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    + Knowledge of ensuring efficient and safe distribution of electrical power.

    + Skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electric controls, including PLCs and motor controls.

    + Proficiency in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixture installation in accordance with the NEC.

    + Ability to connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.

    + Competence in diagnosing and correcting malfunctioning systems using testing equipment.

    + Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as trench digging and heavy lifting.

    + Skill in placing conduit, pipes, or tubing inside designated areas.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with industrial environments and blueprint reading.

    + Experience in construction and industrial settings.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
