    Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a dynamic fabrication shop located in Nampa. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sheet metal fabrication and possess a strong proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform sheet metal fabrication with precision and accuracy.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure correct specifications.

    + Utilize MIG welding techniques to complete various projects.

    + Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes and other machinery.

    + Conduct flux core welding as required.

    + Maintain a high level of craftsmanship in all welding and fabrication tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.

    + Proficient in MIG welding.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with fabrication and welding equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 3G Welding Certificate preferred.

    + Experience in grinding and metal cutting.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a plant-based fabrication shop environment with a start time of 6 AM to 2:30 PM. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
