    Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This Contract-to-continuing position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.

    • Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility through E-Verify.

    • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee queries.

    • Coordinate certified payroll processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Support hiring procedures, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidates.

    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • Collaborate with leadership to implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.

    • Assist with employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.

    • Monitor and address payroll-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

    • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related role.

    • Proficiency in managing background checks and employment eligibility verification processes.

    • Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures and hiring workflows.

    • Experience with benefits administration, including payroll and certified payroll functions.

    • Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
