    Description

    Our client is looking for a dedicated Relocation Customer Coordinator to join our team in the Somerset, New Jersey area. In this role, you will act as the key contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional customer service throughout the relocation process. You will collaborate with service partners, manage documentation, and oversee logistics to deliver top-tier mobility solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, guiding them through relocation processes to ensure satisfaction and seamless transitions.

    • Coordinate domestic and international mobility services, conducting needs assessments and resolving any issues that arise.

    • Partner with approved service providers to manage logistics efficiently, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.

    • Maintain accurate records in client and employee databases, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

    • Update systems promptly with service progress details from clients, internal teams, and external partners.

    • Adhere to data privacy standards, ensuring secure handling of all sensitive information.

    • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, service partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

    • Comply with established quality policies and procedures, supporting audits and ensuring adherence to standards.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client benefits while optimizing company profitability.

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian systems.

     

    • Strong understanding of 401k and RRSP administration.

    • Experience with CRM tools and claim administration processes.

    • Knowledge of benefit functions, including COBRA administration.

    • Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance standards.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.

    • Previous experience in mobility or benefits administration is preferred.
